My goal is to completely change the way we interact with science-based people skills. My bestselling book Captivate is now available in 16 languages around the world and my second book, Cues was an instant bestseller and is also now being translated into 7 languages (and counting).

Over the last decade, I have had the privilege and honor of working with incredibly talented C-Suite executives, entrepreneurs, leaders, and ambitious professionals to level up their success. I create a custom curriculum for each client, but some of my favorites have been:

• Crafting the perfect presentation from start to finish, including slides, body language on stage, handouts, and the pitch. (And sometimes even working on a coveted TED Talk!)
• Growing and defining your brand as an influencer in your industry including social media tactics, LinkedIn strategies and pitching VIPs.
• Transforming awkwardness or social anxiety into confidence. We work on mastering a killer first impression, owning your presence and becoming a masterful conversationalist. (We roll our sleeves up and get right into the heart of it — analyzing text messages, profile shots and emails).
• Building your network socially, professionally and even romantically with a tactical roadmap for building leads, contacts and relationships authentically.
• Helping entrepreneurs hone their pitch, schmoozing with VIPs, hiring practices, being a leader (and often Jack-of-all-trades in the business) and even a Shark Tank pitch.
• …and I do love unique requests like working on getting a book published or marketing a book, finding a soulmate, mastering a sales funnel or starting a podcast, blog or online course. If people skills are involved, I’m in!

I have self-published failed books, traditionally published failed books, and finally learned the system for publishing successful books. Having Cues become even bigger than Captivate taught me so much about growing a brand, publishing books, and creating a large, supportive community of students.
